What is RECANTO?
In Portuguese, Recanto defines a quiet place of return. A protected sanctuary where clarity, balance, and control are restored. Inspired by the serene, breathtaking expanse of the Brazilian coast, this collection offers timeless colours designed to be worn effortlessly year-round.
About the Brand
Crafted with intention, rooted in story
Sewing runs in my family, but I didn't always know it would become my path. Working in restaurants, I missed having clothes that felt like me, so I decided to make my own.
What started as one shirt in 2021 has become a small-batch menswear brand, built one order at a time, here in Vancouver. There's more to how it happened, and why I'm still doing it part-time while I chase something bigger.
How does it work?
I believe that clothing should be intentional. That's why each shirt is made only after the order is placed.

After receiving your order, I cut and sew your shirt(s), no pre-made inventory, no rush.

Quality Check & Delivery
Your shirt is crafted with care. I'll keep you updated throughout production and shipping so you're always in the loop about your order's progress.

Why should I trust a new, independent brand?
Because every shirt is made by me, by hand, here in Vancouver. There's no factory line and no middleman. If you have questions before ordering, I'm one message away.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a size guide based on chest and length measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, message me directly and I'll help you find the right fit before you order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Right here in Vancouver. I cut and sew every shirt myself, in small batches, with no factory line and no outsourcing.
When will I get my order?
Each shirt is made after you order it, not pulled from a shelf. Production takes about 1 to 2 weeks, and I'll send you updates as it comes together.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, so you'll always know the cost before you pay.
Is checkout secure? What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is fully secure through Shopify. I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What is the return policy?
Every shirt is made just for you, so I want to make sure you're happy with it. If something isn't right, reach out and I'll work with you directly to fix it.
Are any purchases final sale?
Custom and made-to-fit orders are final sale, since they're cut specifically for you. I'll always let you know before you complete a custom order.
How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold and hang to dry to keep the structured cotton looking its best. Avoid high heat, which can affect the fabric's shape over time.
